Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3- 5 business days to process your order. 

STORE PICKUP:

Our location is 317 Main St, Suite B, Vincennes IN 47591.
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup with additional details.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

We offer flat rate shipping within the USA. We do not ship outside of the USA at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We are unable to accept refunds for custom made products.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at wadinghawkcreations@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
